$40 more for the LW than the Maxamet/G10 Sage seems like weird pricing.

I didn't look for purchase price but based on the MSRP I figured it had to be more than the Sage 1 G10 Maxamet. I like the Sage 5 LWs but I'll stick with what I have

Pretty sure the G10 model is just on discount everywhere since it's been discontinued. I remember them going for over $260 at retailers earlier this year before they were discontinued. But prices definitely increasing across the board.

I was originally planning to skip this one, but am now rethinking it. I don't have a Sage, don't have Maxamet, and don't have this pattern FRN. Hmmm.

Great looking knife, I would be all over it if I did not already own a Native 5 and PM3 in Maxamet.

Ahh, that makes more sense. :)

The BladeHQ exclusive M4 Sage LW was under $155, so I guess the sticker shock caught me off guard, lol.

Had a $60 coupon to CS so just ordered from there. Gotta love the free shipping and no tax too!

The grind on mine is ground closer to the plunge line than any of other spydercos.

For anyone interested in some of the Parsons Bladeworks titanium replacement scales like these fluted “Ripple” ones, he restocked his website with these and a couple of other style variants today in both stonewashed and blackwash options. Cheers, Radioactive

These new Ti Ripple scales from Parsons Bladeworks are pretty awesome! Installation was pretty easy, going on one side at a time. They feel really great in hand, the fluting is very tactile. Highly recommended!

Very nice, RS! Your photos upsell the scales, IMO. I'm not a Ti guy, but they do look beautiful as well as functional for those interested.
