Only knife I'm carrying today unless you count my Micra. Used it for a few odd tasks today and the thin blades cut nicely with a fresh edge.

Took the clip up to 2k grit, and edged the spey on the diamond sharpmaker stones then 1 stroke per side on the fine rods. stropped each on bare leather twice per side. Both blades cleanly shave, but that clip blade took a screaming sharp polished edge.

That exact configuration is what I’m trying to find and it ain’t easy…no recent drops and none on knifeswap or bladeforums…and I refuse to go the Evilbay route. The only other knife that’s proven this hard to find is the MBK Sea Otter

She's an oldie though, from 2018 so "only" S35VN, but...of all the knives I've handled, it's my personal 2nd overall favorite behind the Manix.

That looks like the knife my grandfather used to carry, he would cut up apples for us when we were kids…one time I saw him cut up some nightcrawlers while we were catfishing and that’s when I started cutting my own apples with a barlow he gave me 😉

Thanks, it's a 0801BRWCF, the "bronze washed" version of the 0801CF, which has the same materials but the dark bronze PVD coatings on the blade and handle were left clean and non-stonewashed.

Would've been fun to have one of each as kind of a futuristic sci-fi and then post-apocalyptic version of the same knife, but they moved fast enough and were expensive enough that I never got a 0801CF to match.

So I guess I'll just be dodging fallout and digging through the rubble with this one, hah 😜

Oldie but goodie for sure…had no idea you liked it that much…I had the magnacut version in my hand at a local shop and was torn between it and the Inkosi…couldn’t make up my mind so I walked out with neither…a couple days later I went back to get the small Sebenza and it had been sold…the insingo blade shape is epic!!!

Thanks! I like it because this 4" model fits my hand very well. Love the contoured scales and having a high polish edge and coarse toothy edge on the same folder. Still carrying my clipped Spydercos at work but this Case has been getting pocket time on my off days.

Everything about that knife is seductive. The soft contours, the patina, the pastel yellow, the elongated clip and spey. I think I have one yellow Case myself, a single blade, let me see if I can find it somewhere. But it isn't as sleek as yours.

Still feeling the same as my initial impressions. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=66718&start=8440#p1735060

Really happy with this one after discount and it's been rock solid and a pleasure to use. A lot of carry for the Narrows and Sage this summer
