I cut a couple cardboard boxes and Wharnie was a laser. Unlike the DLT Endela the bevels were perfect and very sharp . I did strop blade before and after . I’m very happy with it . Dan

So, this is the first run of the Para 3 Cruwear from 2017. It hasn't seen the light of day in probably 4 years. I generally grab the Native 5 or Caly 3 when I want a small knife.

The Para 3 Maxamet from the seconds sale couple years ago brought the model back into regular rotation for me.

A more comfortable grip, better aesthetic, I guess, bye Maxamet?

May your feet be warm and dry and your throat warm with whiskey. A knife in hand or in the sock band.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Lynch NW... it's an exclusive with the Cutlery Shoppe with the Wharnie Blade, completely with a Lynch NW Deep Pocket clip as well.

What do you think of it so far?

The serrations are a bit snaggy, but they'll round off a bit after a few sharpenings
. Otherwise, it's an FFG SE linerless FRN Endura 4 in a nice shade of green and black hardware -- what's not to like?? 👍
I do wish they had the option of a black blade and Emerson opener.

Same with the little brother Salt 2 ffg SE. Love it, but "snaggier" than I like (and than for example Endela or Stretch XL SE) out of the box. But, as you say, gets better / rounder anyway just by using and sharpening the thing. :smlling-eyes

Yep, that was my experience with a SE wharncliffe E4. Got better over time 👍
