This thread is probably off-topic, but I'll play...
I pretty much rotate the Spyderco daily, the rest don't change much
Popular daily option
- Alox Pioneer 93mm
- 3.5 inch Spydie
Or:
- Alox Cadet 84mm
- 3 inch Spydie
Plus the Seiko Turtle on most days.
On occasion I'll add (but not every day carry):
- Olight (Baton 3 or similar size)
- SAK Classic

Love the Seiko also. Great combo with the GB. But a dive watch should be paired with a Salt right?!

I’ll play.
Like Hans, the Spydie(s) rotate, and the rest usually stay the same.

I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.
Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I typically pair a Spyderco with a Microtech, sometimes a Vic as well. Current combo below

Re: EDC show and tell. What do you pair with your spyderco knives?
Well, this (pic below) is what I have on me right now:
With my EDC folder (always a Spyderco) ideally I want over 80 mm of actual cutting edge (= at least 3.2" edge (not blade) ), SE and not a real heavy weight (does not have to be necessarily superlight either though).
In the smallest Vic size I prefer the Rambler by far over the Classic SD, just for that additional (magnetic) multifunction tool of the former.
Admittedly there is a lot of redundancy between the Rambler and the LM Micra, but the latter just has been living on my keychain forever and has better scissors.
Stll my LM Squirt (lives in my trailrunning vest) would be a more versatile pair with the Rambler due to the Squirts plyers.
But normally (not today though) I have one of the older LM Juice models with me anyway or occasionally a full size LM.
Flashlight Nightcore Tini 2
No name Miniprybar (can't recall where I got that), can also be used as a wrench (kind of...)

Re: EDC show and tell. What do you pair with your spyderco knives?
Added to my post above:
Though I don't smoke I have pretty much always a BIC lighter on me too. For starting fires or my gas stoves.

Re: EDC show and tell. What do you pair with your spyderco knives?
This is a great idea for a topic. I don't have pictures handy, but along with one of my Spydercos, I usually carry:
• Victorinox Rambler or Manager (sometimes I want the pen, other times the toothpick).
• Sharpie marker.
• Prometheus Preon P2 MKIII (I prefer the rechargeable AAAs).
• Casio G-Shock.
Depending on what I think I'll be doing, I sometimes add/substitute a Vic Compact, small pry bar, or Knipex pliers.

Re: EDC show and tell. What do you pair with your spyderco knives?
In my pouch (which I had for years before finding any use for it) I have the thing I use not to really smoke, spare batteries, and most of what's lying before it :
Victorinox Compact
Victorinox Mini-Champ
Spyderco Clipitool scissors
And a dedicated folder in the RFP, today it's the Chokwe.

In the collection : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.
