Tritium Lanyard Beads

Anybody know where one might find lanyard beads with tritium alumination? If not, are there any glow in the dark products that would last most 12 or more hours on a single charge?

I've always thought a 3d printed scale in clear or semi translucent with a pocket on the inside to hold these vials in would be a cool build.
