How many Spydercos do you need to feel like your collection is complete?
Re: How many Spydercos do you need to feel like your collection is complete?
I don't think a Spyderco collection can be called complete, as long as Spyderco exists and produces new knives. Who knows, if the next model is a model one must have in the collection, to call it complete.

I could be happy with the Kapara as my only folder, but I own 11 or 12 spydies now and there’s several I would still like to try. I just picked up a rescue 3 and a para 3 in the last couple weeks because I wanted to try full serrated and maxamet respectively. Really loving maxamet but I find the full serrated is situational for me.

Never complete. For me, there is a lifetime’s worth of past models to track down/hope to come by/daydream over.

I have slowed down to one or two knife purchases per year but Spyderco is what I usually chose to scratch the itch.

Come on, we all know the answer is, “All of them.” Let’s not fool ourselves here. The key lies with the word “complete.”
