I admire this knife every time you post it . Looks so comfortable in hand . Dan
As far as hand feel goes, really nothing feels as good in the hand as either the Alcyone or Polestar. I think it feels better in hand than my Shaman burlap micarta.

Agreed. It is what I like about the Rock Jumper in an arguably better package.

Luv it when you post that Mantra 2 regrind. Forgot if you posted who did the regrind and how much? A salty MagnaCut Mantra 2 with simple phosphor bronze washers is probably a pipe dream. Oh, well............

Alex Steingraber did the regrind a few years ago to ~.008 BTE.

He's no longer doing regrinds as far as I know...he seems to be working full-time on his machined folder and dropping a batch of fixed blades every once in awhile.

He does great work and I highly recommend glancing at his Instagram page. He livestreams often and documents/communicates a ton on there.

I would love to see the Salty Mantra 2 but I just don't think the model caught on the first time around which is a shame, it really is a near perfect EDC! I know many people would appreciate PB washers and a stainless blade...I'll cross my fingers.
So it goes.
