The most anticipated model for me so far :

GB3 with the look of GB1 and some upgrades.

I think the last I heard about it, they were still in the design phase. I'm guessing it will be a while with everything so backed up in production.

I'm a fan of Bradley designs, so I'm really hoping it's still moving forward.

Depending on the lines, this would get my money too.

I only have the GB2 and I love it. The access to liner lock could be improved, but I'm happy with its cutting performance and the hollow grind. The quieter operation. I would love a deep carry black wire clip on it.

Hmmm... this could be really cool actually as a small knife option... I imagine Micarta, good linerlock and a lot of actual cutting edge for the size. And a handle that us still long enough for one good four finger grip option.

And generally: More power to mid to high end linerlock Spydies!
Top three going by pocket-time (update October 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endela SE (VG10), Manix 2 LW (REX45)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1)

I have two and cut one down to a 3 inch.
Not too bad for an amateur.

I'd love the GB2 or better the return of GB1 in a compact 3'' or better 2.75''. And always with M4 steel.

This will maybe not be popular but i do hope that they will make it a little bit more lefty friendly.
I have no troubles with 99% of the locks on models of spyderco so i think i can call my self ambidextrous.
But those gayle bradleys are the only 2 that for me are a bridge to far. I love the designs especially the second one but those linerlocks are to hidden in to the handle to be usable for a lefty.

Even for a Righty, it is not the most convenient. I grinded the non-lock side liner down to get more access. Much better now, but still not the most Lefty user-friendly.

I wish that they would make the steel liners flush with the scales in the newer version. My GB2 is quite uncomfortable when used for extended periods because of the protruding liners. And as a lefty also, the lockbar access could be much better but I have actually learned to use it quite well one-handed, despite the shallow opening.

Everything else, this knife is one of Spyderco's all-time best ever, and a 3" Para 3-sized analogue would be an instant hit for the company.

Protruding liners or smaller scales is an industrial trick to reduce cost. A perfect flushing scales need extra precision CNC and/or extra manual work so it means additional cost to be charged on product.in custom production the scales are flushing because the liners are used as guide for scales sanding.

I don't believe that's the intent on the smaller scales and protruding liner. As I recall, Mr. Bradley intentionally designed it that way. There's a Youtube video where he discusses this and the access to the lock bar. I would go so far to say that Mr. Bradley is pretty meticulous in designing his knives that bear his name.

There's a thread over on BF (titled "GB3?"), asking if a 3" or 3.25" GB3 were in the works; to which sal responded with:

"Nothing planned at this time.

sal"

The GB2 seems to have gained quite a loyal following (following the GB1 vs GB2 debates...), along with continuously consistent sales. I'd be surprised if we see a GB3 folder in the future at all, honestly.
