Interesting! This was a bit the same in my case:
I love the looks of the Native, its backlock is great and the ergos are nice in lighter use.
But in "harder" use it started to feel "unstable" in my hand, while for example the Chap or the Delica feel really locked in (and for me outperform the Native in pure cutting, probably due to their thinner blades).
Top three going by pocket-time (update October 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endela SE (VG10), Manix 2 LW (REX45)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1)

never tried one... but this is a do it all board. no matter what, no matter where, it will handle it. I run a clean sound with a stringray 5 HH or a 5 string p-bass. All I need to do is "enhance" it a little bit. I can get a little grit or growl if I dig in, but I don't do anything where a lot of it is needed

edit* ill call this the "engineer friendly board"

Nice picture. Those Ibis bikes look really neat, never had the chance to try one out. I just got back from an MTB ride. Been in Colorado for a few days and these trails are making me want to sell my MTB and stick to gravel! Three crashes so far, that's more than I've done in probably the past 2 years combined.
Because desolate places allow us to breathe. And most people don't even know they're out of breath.

204P Delica in the woods today while trying out one with liners on a run. Not too heavy or much more noticeable than the Salts or Stretch XLs.

A factory 2nd Shaman, and the Subway Bowie isn’t exactly in my pocket, but it hung around for part of the day, too. ;)

I like seki lock backs with liners. Slightly thinner handles and more solid feeling in hand.
