The one I think might be the best-looking aesthetically is one I don't even own: The Spyderco Vallotton.

I’m not sure if I can truly answer this, but the two that jumped into my mind first are the PITS and the JD Smith.

Calypso C54 is ‘The’ Spyderco knife for me. Purposeful and elegant.
I came late to the :bug-red-white fold so missed out on it ,but I would love to see another run of these.

There are so many beautiful designs to choose from, but today I would choose the Yojimbo 2

My favorite for looks overall might be the Calypso. Never have had the pleasure of owning one yet though. Maybe someday...

When I think Spyderco there’s a shape that comes to mind. A contour of the knife, with the blade humped up to accommodate the hole. I know some don’t like the humpback look or ergos, but I do.

Probably the knife that to me sums that look up the most is the Endura. I know, it’s a plain jane knife, but to me it’s the best looking

Just in-house designs judged by basic shape, I think the Paramilitary 2 is very beautiful. Both when open and when closed, it just looks “right.”

For me I just keep going back to the Jess Horn model with its sleek classic look.

Among Spydercos that went into production, my vote would go to the smooth red G10 Sprint version of the Schempp Persian...

But this one that never did caps it...

I have two of them, and they're the best-looking Spydies I actually own.

“Putting utility aside” when assessing the beauty of a “form-follows-function”, “designed in the dark” Glesser-creation is, of course, sacrilegious.

But, in the spirit of this thread, I think the C54 Calypso is about as elegant as can be. I know I’m not alone.

Thanks to a Forum member, I acquired a G10 Calypso sprint a few years ago and knew instantly I had to have a micarta original.

Just weeks ago, I acquired one. Whoa, talk about lightweight! And balanced!

Image

If, however, collaboration is in the mix, I think the C46 Bob Lum is in the running for “best looking”.

As with my Calypsos, I knew that I had to have an original titanium Bob Lum after finding a G10 sprint.

Image

For the curious, I think the original Bob Lum’s titanium handle weighs as much as the entire micarta Calypso. And the weight of the original Bob Lum is mostly in the handle while its sprint is far more balanced between handle and blade.

I tried to think of what the best looking is and that’s tough. Spyderco was never designed to be a beauty queen and it’s not! But, it is one of the best designed knives to actually do something very, very well, whatever the task may be. This is like which of your ugly daughters is the most attractive?

Best looking how? Like best of breed dog show or a beauty pageant? Most bad a$$? I think the full SE Ayoob and Civilian are both beautiful in the same way a slow motion cheetah catching an impala is. Gloriously efficient. If we mean just pretty design, Caly series with Calypso and SpyDK really catching my eye. Also the OG green handle Lil Temp in Rhino blade

I'm surprised the Native Chief did not get mentioned yet. Very good looking knife! Long and slender, gently curved spine and handle, symmetrical pointy leaf blade.
