Yeah the Astute is a little small for me, I'll stick with the Resilience :D
think this week is the first time this Manix ever saw snowfall. Don't think I'll ever come across a better Manix than this one....M4 & micarta is quite a combo!
The micarta scales work nice when the handle is wet from the snow

it does have a similar blade shape, but it has a very negative angle unlike a canadian belt knife.

Beavers will take on surprisingly large cottonwoods. There are many trees they have taken down in this spot, makes for a bit of a navigational challenge to get through them all.
