GS, I guess you treat yourself good on the occasion of your birth anniversary. Nothing wrong with that. Enjoy your gifts and happy birthday.

thanks for the coments everyone. Simon, i dont have a 45 yet, but will purchase one for sure next year for my 21st birthday. Right now the only handgun i own is a Ruger 480 that is used for hunting. But if i can find a deal on a 45 that someone is looking to sell before my birthday i will pick it up. Till then, i have to continue my search for the ultimate sd knife. my current cary is a scorpius but i hope to replace it w/ the dodo. either way thanks to everyone for the kind words and support. Take care, god bless,
GS

Wrap it up and look real surprised when you open it. Look in mirror and say thank you. Happy birthday saturday.

use for dodo

picked up the dodo tonight, and not more than a couple hours later was walking w/ two friends and 3 teenagers 16-18 tried to start a fight. it was 11:30 at night and the odd part is that we continually stated that we did not want a fight, but they continued to harass us. it boiles down to this... they followed us and ended up the same kid took a swing at all of us, but after realizing that his hits didnt hurt us, and that we all had an impact tool of choice that it wasnt worth it for him and they backed down. they followed us for 2 blocks total, and the entire time we ignored them, and when they confronted us we walked passed them. when we finally we tired of being the mature adults, we turned to make a stand and they bailed. typical weak teens. the tools of choice were a stinger, knuckle dusters, and a surefire e2d. i had loaned my stinger to one friend when i saw the 3 approaching. this story is much longer, with much left out. just know this, they were younger and dumber. and we did not start or provoke the fight and the lead kid hit me in the ribs and kidney w/ a two fisted punch and i laughed because he hit so weak. and when i told him he wasnt woth it, and to walk away while holding my e2d he got the point. all in all a bad situation avoided by being calm and not over reacting. if we would have fought them they would have gotten hurt and id be in jail. as i said not worth it to me, not for trash. the dodo wasnt used, but was always in reach. take care all, and thanks for the kind thoughts.
