Sal, while I've got your undivided attention (yeah, right) is the e mail address for customer service listed on the web site correct (custserv@spyderco.com)? I sent an e mail there 'cause I never heard anything on a request I made by snail mail and I haven't heard anything by e mail. My mommy says the whole world revolves around me, so I know there must be some mistake. -Really, I'm sure you've got too few people with too much work but I wanted to verify the address. Nobody could reply if they never got the message.
Anything we can help with? Not sure I understand the relevance of digging up a 9 year old thread? For what it's worth, the e-mail address will still work.
Kristi
There is nothing more important than this one day.

Hi Kristi,
I actually screwed up and wrote something but then noticed how old the thread was and erased my post, but had to write at least 5 words so that I could edit.
By the way, Spyderco´s customer support is simply the best in the industry!!!!
Please say hi and thanks a lot to Charlynn and the crew at W&R, they are simply the best!!!! :)
Greetings from Arce, Spain to you and all the crew!!!!
Kindest regards:
