Managed to catch two trouts before lack of light made it impossible to continue, and I forced to return home. Even forgot my headlamp this time, so gutting was performed with my phone in my mouth to have some kind of working light.

Civic Hybrid? Almost looks like the pack out of my Insight.
Nah, 3rd gen Prius. Done plenty of those IMA batteries as well... I work in a small Indy shop that specializes in Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus vehicles. I’m the only person that was ever hybrid certified and has the megaohmmeter and insulation tester to diagnose hybrids so I usually get any of them that roll in the shop, or come in on a hook in this case.
Cool. I was amazed at how simple they were to work on/fix, if you could get your head around the principles. Much different than the working on an ICE.prndltech wrote: ↑Sun Sep 27, 2020 7:12 amNah, 3rd gen Prius. Done plenty of those IMA batteries as well... Thanks Rick! :) Was a lot of fun feeling the thin edge just glide through. Foam like that is so satisfying to cut.
Only on this forum will you see such odd statements. :D
Haha indeed. I'm trying to see how long it takes for it to lose shaving sharpness with "realistic" uses, i.e. not raiding the back of a walmart for bails of cardboard and going to town :D Didn't expect it to take over three weeks.
