Happy with the fit and finish on mine. Blade is perfectly centered and grind looks good too. Doesn't drop shut quite as easily as my other PM2 (S110V), but maybe there's just a little extra friction from the DLC coating. Probably something that can be adjusted out.

Hi Stuka, K-bar, jBranam, Irked Particle,

Welcome to our forum.

Hope you enjoy your time here. Many very knowledgeable here.

sal
thnx Sal... hope life is treating you well. was wanting to say i really loved my PM3 M4 in Jade (and i still do) but this is my first PM2 and i have to admit the PM2 fits my hand a little bit better. have always loved deep purple on black so this new blade is sweet.

just a side note Sal... maybe do a pink on black of some sort or model for us cancer survivors. i think you did a pink scaled PM2 a while back with a satin blade for one of the charity groups but i missed out on one. would REALLY love a pink and black combo so people will ask as they do why i carry a pink knife lol... it gives me reason to explain. cheers mate and thnx

I really like the looks of this knife. Millie version, please!

Yeah, I'd honestly vote for the Millie next, then I say hit up the Endura and the rest of the Seki models after the Millie.

Mine arrived yesterday, too. Thanks for the super fast shipping DLT! Mine is pretty close to perfection, and I like the dlc and purple combo way more than I expected to. I was planning to swap scales btw the green k390 and this one, but now I'm not sure I want to change it!

Hi Jbranam,

Congrats on the victory. My wife, Gail is a survivor.

We've got a few more pink models in-the-works. And maybe some of the Exclusive crews would entertain it. We do charge for and donate to Cancer research for all pink models.

On the time for acceptance; Most of the moderating is done by Kristi, Mike and me. We each try to get on every day, but sometimes it's a challenge to get all of the threads quickly. Your kind understanding and patience is appreciated.

Don't adjust it. Just sit there and open and close it to break the washers in. My Shaman didn't even start to drop shut when I got it but within a few days, it started to break in and is just as smooth as my PM2 now.

Add a drop of oil and use it. Mine free’d up quickly.

So pretty. I have high hopes that the S110V holds an edge (love the edge it came with) without rolling as much as my Gerber S30V, but I baby it because of the reports of it being prone to chipping. I have no hands-on experience with CRUWEAR, so I hope it's able to be a workhorse.

I've been wanting a black micarta PM2 for awhile. I'm really happy that DLT brought us CruWear. Its a perfect pairing.

I thoroughly enjoy freehand sharpening and CruWear is a dream. These knives are all users and part of my EDC rotation.

There are no new models announced, but they obviously have a VERY popular combo here so I would be shocked if this didn't turn into a "family". DLT seems to have fairly deep pockets, so hopefully they just go ahead an commission all of the main models from Golden and Seki and we will start seeing one every 2-3 months. I'd like to see the Military next. Then I hope they switch over to running all of the FRN Seki models in this combo.

Hopefully they do an uncoated run of all the models requested here as well, for those of us who avoid DLC.

Either way, the purple and black combo is pleasant to look at, even if it's not one I was interested in.

I wouldn't mind trying an uncoated Endura or PM2.

If I knew they were coming out with a military I would either not have purchased this or i wouldn’t use it and get it to someone who would enjoy it more than me
