'All the "middle" size knives I usually carry -- para3, native, sage, etc- are awesome knives and I'm not knocking them (I have three natives and a lil native and 2 sages so...) but... lately I've found I am more comfortable with larger knives, probably as a result of carrying one more. I still carry a smaller knife (sometimes the dragonflies, love those) esp. while bicycling, but when wearing cargo shorts or jeans am just more comfortable now with a larger knife.
I hope when I go back to work this doesn't end up freakin folk out but what I find more curious is how what I am comfortable with carrying and more importantly using has changed. Any one else notice this? I was under the impression there was a sort of optimal size range for a daily knife but now I'm realizing not so much... it's weird.
I also think it's a function of the slimness of the endura and similar designs as I have similarly sized knives that are much blockier and do not prefer them...
Anyway shoot now I need more enduras only have two...
