Ireland EDC carry?

So,

My lovely wife and I are planning a trip out to Ireland. Was wondering if any of you kindly folks might know the regulations about EDC?

I might have to carry a non-locking folder for the occassion. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I plan on wearing a "Kiss me, I'm Irish" t-shirt or pin for the whole trip. I wonder if this might give me too much attention, being Asian and all....heheheh :D
