Has anyone had problems with the Yojimbo lately it seamed like there was problems with the first ones. And how do you like yours if you have one.

I also ordered both a Black and a Blue Yojimbo and a Ronin... I have never had a Spyderco knife before so I can't wait until they arrive. I looked at a friends Yojimbo and I really liked it in comparison to the Benchmade Griptillian I currently carry...

My 'problem' is that I want to send the blade out for an after-market mod which I crave, but can't bear to let the knife leave the house. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Got it in today it has a very smooth action when opening and closing. I think this is going to be my new EDC knife. I really like playing around with the indexing holes and it has a scary sharp edge.

Hi Credit!

If an S30V-bladed :spyder: knife can be disassembled and its blade can be rehardened to about RC61, I send the blade to a knifemaker in California for such spoilment of my knives. Have a Chinook II that went from RC58 to RC60.5 and its edge-holding went through the roof (it's my EDC and has maintained a shaving-sharp edge for a real long time after its just-short-of-scary-sharp edge faded). Finally worked up the nerve to spoil the Yojimbo. When its blade gets back, it might be my out-of-house EDC replacing the Chinook II.
