How about some Spyderco condoms?

If your topic has nothing to do with Spyderco, you can post it here.

Hi Sia, sorry to hear about your problems at BF. I don't check it that much, and when I do it's mostly the SpPyderco section, that's why I didn't know about it. Just keep posting and be yourself. You know that when you have a problem you should face it instead of running away. And if there will be someone offended by your posts... well, let them report to the moderators so they can move them ot the "Whine and ccccc... can someone say "Cheese"? ;)
Now returning to that condom... what was the purpose of that thing? (gimme a break, it was long, long time ago) ... I know someone who was keeping the spare sparkplugs from his car in them. In G.I. Jane, they used it to put on the muzzles of those M16s. Yes, I think you could safely put there an SS Spydie so it will protect it from corrosion. Therefore, the condoms should be lubricated with some Militec (hint, hint) :p

i dont think the condoms are such a great idea - but an increase in the apparel line would be great
how about black polo shirts with and outline of the bug on the back
and spyderco across the top of the bug
and reliable, high performance underneath (like the hats on page 22 of your 05 catalogue)

and a little bug with "spyderco" and "Clipit" around it (similar to the logos on the handle of the FRN knives)

or a polarfleece jumper with the bug on ?

I think the condom idea is great, but it should have a pocket clip and a round hole  Oh, and a compression lock to prevent slipping off

Simona, please dont make a judgement about the US based on the ramblings of a couple of people in a place where they vent their anger. They are by no means normal here and if you were to visit here and meet the same people in real life you would find them much more receptive.

edit: Oh yeah some more spyderco clothing would be great.

Dialex, i was under the impression that this was intended for the international market, so i understood that it was a pure friction lock wich should be sufficient for normal use! is it btw smart to have a locking condom when i wake up in the morning and realise your partner didn't improve her appearance during the night, sobering up ? ;)

Loki, in this case, maybe a switchblade condom would be great. Just push the button and the condom stays stiff. :) :) :) But it should have a safety device so it won't deploy in public places
