Yeah, I know, why screw up two good knives: I'm a lefty, I love the configuration of the Lil' T (which is not ambi), and I don't get any sense of when the new (supposedly ambi) Lil' Temperance will appear.

I don't know. I guess that is a question that only Spyderco can answer with confidence, but the compression lock of the Yo is not the same as the one of the Lil' T (at least the pivot and the anvil pin are different) so I would venture to guess that no, it won't fit. The Para blade might fit though.
