I vote for a model not yet released. The best is the Lum Darn Dao. Flintstones sized for steak. ;)

i use a military for all of my meat cutting needs when camping and at restaurants such as ruths chris etc. i use it nonchalantly and lay it on the side of the plate just like the dull one they give me. no one batts an eye. at charlie palmers i had a busboy notice it and said he really liked benchmades and liked the military. with the blurple one i now have it might get noticed a bit more. hmmm

Some of you guys must buy cheap steaks or you like them charred to a crisp. The ribeyes I get are so tender they pull apart with 2 forks.

Backyard steaks implies I'm in someone's backyard and they're grilling steaks. Most people aren't very good cooks IMO :D

If I'm cooking a steak I'm not grilling it.

An SE Pacific Salt or a SpydieChef would serve you well, but the woolly mammoth I grill just falls off the bone (have yet to see a dodo in my neck of the woods).
