I ordered one from them on Sunday. Not a preorder, they were showing as available but I didn't realize they did not have any in stock. I'm jealous of all those who have one. Oh well if my order gets canceled because they won't be getting any more my last chance is to keep refreshing w&w's page here in Canada.farnorthdan wrote:My KC pre order is my mail box right now, #2adancingmonkey wrote:Has anyone ordered or received one from knifecenter?

My B&M got in 24 and 37 while I was standing there but also had 86 and 87. Made for an interesting discussion of what was more desirable, low numbers or consecutive numbers for 2 to collect. I did not get an example, not my cup of tea

I'm very confused by this... I assume you're talking about NGK. According to them, they did NOT receive number 0087 from Spyderco at all, which is my CC number, but rather they only received 0086. They then updated the CC #087 paperwork to ensure flash batches with that number will always be shipped to them like the standard CC offerings (why they wouldn't be already, I have no idea).twinboysdad wrote:My B&M got in 24 and 37 while I was standing there but also had 86 and 87. Long story short, I have 0086 inbound and would really like to track down the 0087.

Re: Lil' Nilakka Roll Call!! (Flash Batch Database)
Pretty sure warriors and wonders gets approximately 10 of all sprint runs, that is what they have told me in the past. I think only for the runs less than 600 would that be different. Usually a month behind though. I was going to go with W&W but I was impatient. I did get worried because knifecenter ran out right when I placed my order but they got more stock in. 1200 is quite a few pieces so I'm sure W&W will get some in. Probably mid June, I'd say with the exchange they will likely be 210-220$Whitetail addict wrote:Not sure if worriors and wonders is gonna get any

Perhaps it's a case where CC # 0NN will not necessarily wind up being applied to Flash Batch # 00NN of 1200?RadioactiveSpyder wrote:I'm very confused by this... I assume you're talking about NGK. I handled this and as cool a piece as it is, I passed. Hardish to open and certainly right hand only, small and thin blade on a blocky thick handle. I don't whittle and that looks to be the main user task. Also not a zero grind, which I think all agree on

I'm planning to keep it mostly as a collectors piece, but I'll probably carry it on some special occasions.

Then I'm really confused because I bought and paid for 0086 and it's at my local PO (I'm on vacation). So I have no idea how Mark's Outdoors had #0086...twinboysdad wrote: Mark's Outdoors

I am kidding, maybe I heard the counter guy wrong. They had 2 consecutive ones in the 80's

I purchased #101 today, but will have to wait to submit a picture until I get home. Love this little knife!

#493 showed up today. Cool little knife. I'll carry it and use it like a scalpel. What a chunky little thing, almost comically small spydie hole that is still fully functional. Hope everyone else is enjoying theirs.
