In terms of that 1oz comparing G10 to FRN. Taking the thickness out of the equation, I know how the Delica carries compare to the P3. It is noticeable. Otherwise it doesn't matter.
Blade thickness; like the idea of thicker blade, but for the type of use I want the knife for, not a factor.
May come down to the aesthetics. Closed, very similar. Open, Native does it for me.
I guess if I had to decide on one today, it would be the Native. But I will probably get both just to be sure. Don't want to loose sleep thinking about what could have been...

How does the backlock on the Chap compare to the N5? I've never handled a Chap, but can say that the lock on the N5 is easily the best backlock that I've ever used.

It doesn't. I love my Chap, one of my favourites for sure. The lockup on mine is totally solid with absolutely no play, but the Native is leagues ahead with it's lock execution. As smooth as it is solid. It is also the best backlock I've ever used.
