Nice work. I hear you about the reprofiling, especially on the PM2 where I feel compelled to grind in that small unsharpened portion immediately in-front of the ricasso.

Well if you look close in that pic you can see the plunge line has a groove cut in it. That Para came from the days of hand cut bevels before they started leaving that little unsharpened spot at the ricasso, and this was the second knife I ever sharpened on my Edge Pro and I didn't even realize I was chewing up the plunge line. It's had a jacked up bevel ever since, which is why I went ahead and lowered it so much.
