Nice score there Sam! Use them in good heath. Would love to get myself some real kitchen 's, just trying to figure a decent way to store them in my postage stamp size kitchen. Please let us know how the KX-05 performs.

Nice score Samo! The Spyderco kitchen knives are the only ones that allow me to cut slices from bread coming just out of my bread-baking-machine. Santa Jur gave me a KX06 pair and they are awesome in the kitchen!!!
Next year I'm gonna bring my K05 on vacation. I really missed an SE Spydie slicer this holiday!

Hi Shards ~ The KX-06 is a thing of beauty! Worked on tomatoes and you wouldn't believe how this kitchen knive can slice and dice.. Its a refinement of the K-04 which is about 6.7" or about 17.4cm in length! I love the Birchwood handles.. Gives it an "organic" feel! Goot Ergos too! Thinking of the Ebony handled KX-06 in SE version!

Thanks samo!
I need a couple of things from SFO, spare ambiclips and such, and looks like I'm gona have to really consider that KX-06!
The birchwood looks good and has a nice 'old school' feel to it. Around 5-6 inches is my ideal utility knife blade length, so one of those could really work out
