So I go to confirm my order and enter my cred card info, then it says your order has been placed, and im like, hey i didn't enter a cred card number, and i don't remember saving any cards to my bhq account. So i check my account and I do have a card saved, the number listed isnt any cc# i recognize, again i dont remember saving it but it's been a year since ive used the account, maybe it was an old card i forgot about. I try to call and cant get through. So i reorder, and i am sure to change my default payment method to my new card this time. I order and get a confirmation. yay. The other order is in limbo for 48 hours, good news for anyone hoping to grab one tomorrow. I'd call them now and tell them to let someone else have it, but the phones off the hook over there atm.

I had a problem but the expiration date on the card on file was wrong. As soon as I updated my account the charge hit my card (I get alerts on my phone)

So I ended up only getting one. Might regret that decision. We'll see

I've been trying to call them because I got the email too. Waited on the line for about 15 minutes then it switched me to someone's voice mail. I left a message then I came back to this forum and see that I'm not the only one that had a credit card problem.

Just got an email reply concerning my credit card. Apparently with the influx of credit card orders, some of them did not go thru. They are going to resolve their payment problems and eventually send a confirmation (provided your CC info is correct) and tracking number. Hopefully they can get this done today.

Looks like we did break the Internet after all. :D It's ok though I called and they have my order on reserve until the issue is resolved. Also, I'm not sure if it was mentioned. They are unable to disclose the information as to how many are in this run of exclusive! I wonder after they're all sold out they will say how many were in this run? I'm just curious... Don't see why they wouldn't. You're limited to 3 anyways. .

It'll be in stock thru the weekend if I had to guess. The ONLY reason I ordered one right on the nose when it went live was to be one of the first ones to receive it. Well....so much for that. :rolleyes:
