Well, you still can take Caly 3 apart (blade away from handle only though).

Try the method I used on my Military:

Keep the pivot screw as is. Loosen three sets of screws (lock bar's and two space bar's) a bit. Try to bend the scales/handle so the blade is centered; at the same time, tighten those six screws.

Let us know if it works.
