It never goes away. It is now this way all the time but not in IE. Oh well.

Hi, Myself and at least one other are having a problem scrolling on the forum. When looking on the forum (the main site and everywhere else, even while typing this message) and I scroll up or down the page keeps scrolling up or down for a short time.
