@Red Leader.
Looking forward to seeing your new scales ! How you gonna do them ? In what material ?
Will you use some scanning and 3D printing ?
Because you'll need some micro tolerance for this Lil' Temperance. ;-)

Teeth are a game changer on the Chaparral. The small Chap' is not afraid to compete with the 15V M2 !

My Maxamet pm2 was starting to spot patina but I use it everyday at work and with food
Maxamet is much more prompt to patina than CPM15V in my book, a beautiful dark one actually.
Just cutting into a steak and you got it. Nothing so far with 15V but I'm a new user.

Re: Para3 cpm 15v BBB

I oil the pivot.
And do not care about the blade.
I keep it clean.

IKEA mineral oil can prevent patina.

15V does not stain easily.
Not like Maxamet for example.

Hello,

The M2 in 15V is a ton of a knife. I called it the MOAB: Mother Of All Bears ;-)

Here is my glimpse on this state of art folder with a lot of pictures and comparo on it:

Bonza mate !
Use it for everything !
And food will provide some grease.
So why worry ?
