Re: Just liking my Para 3 LW
I just picked one up in SPY27 and I'm really liking it too. I've avoided the compression lock, because I'm a lefty, but I'm finding those previous reservations to be unfounded. The action on mine has been great from the factory, centering is near perfect, ergos are pretty outstanding imho (I'm a fan ...

Re: Anyone else surprised RFP carry is so common?
Thanks for the comments everyone, very informative. Now I clearly need to pick up a Manix 2, so I have a justifiable reason to carry IWB. :D
I think I might be odd. I carry my knife in my left front pocket, despite being right handed. Back when I got my first spyderco, my cellphone had already ...

Re: Warp/Faster Than Light Drive: How would it change human civilization?
Breaking faster than light speed barrier is not really the biggest problem. As I see it time and mass are real issues, as well. If you leave earth at faster than light and reach the nearest star in one earth year (for the passengers), many years would have passed on earth. Also, if I remember my ...

Re: Warp/Faster Than Light Drive: How would it change human civilization?
Such an idea may be possible. New science is showing that there are some things that appear to move faster than light, but scientists do not know why or how. (The sound barrier also had such 'scientific' thinking that it was impossible to break)
The sound barrier would have been broken by early ...

Re: Anyone else surprised RFP carry is so common?
My EDC is a Dragonfly, so I carry in that little extra jeans pocket (within the RFP). When camping or working around the house, etc., I'll carry something a little larger in my left rear pocket. If I used a larger EDC, I could definitely see carrying IWB...it's convenient and discreet, and I when I ...

Also make sure you have paypal selected as method of payment. I tried regular debit card the first time, and it wouldn't allow me to apply the code.

Re: Holes in the Spydie range?
I'm new to Spyderco, was looking for a <3" blade for under $200, and honestly, the number of options is a little overwhelming, esp in the $75-$150 range...even when considering that I'm looking for a lefty-friendly knife (which makes frame locks and liner locks less attractive). I ended up just ...
