Re: Got first Spyderco, somewhat disappointed...

The Native doesn't have the hump, like the D4,and that lowers the hole almost in line with the pivot. This is way it's harder to open.Like on the Sebenza, the thumb motion should be an arc,not a straight line, and it takes a little practice to develop the right muscle memory.Give it time, don't hurry so...

Re: A Spyderco OTF?

It would be expensive, and illegal to carry in most places, not to talk about the sheeple reaction when you take out your OTF,so the market will be very small.Collectible-sure. I don't think "most places" are illegal, just a few states. I think it's a common misconception. https://www.akti.org/state-...

Re: Spyderco Face Mask (now bandana, hat and patch)

TazKristi censored my posts in which i expressed my opinion that masks are muzzles, which, ironically confirmed my point. I'm not here to learn to keep my mouth shut, and i also don't have to be here,so if you can't stand another opinion, don't bother warning me again, and kick me out, because i won't be ...

"Muzzle" or not , I'd be down for a mask with a big ol' Spyder on the front.
How sad for you.

Re: Best Handbag Folder for Wife?

Buy her a gun,and a shooting class.A knife is a horrible choice for SD,and especially for a woman. If she doesn't have amazing skills, and the right mind set to use them,a knife will get her killed.
By the way, guys, stop buying knives your the ladies in your life, unless they specifically demands one.

Re: Perfect Delica?

You did a great job,and i love the blue liners.Other than that, you are late to the choil party. There already are a lot of choiled knives in the Spyderco line up,and the last reveal shows the trend moved towards full cutting edges,no choils. Besides, there already is a choiled Delica, and it's name is ...

Re: Military 3 vs delica.

Para if you like choils,Delica if you don't. I´d say (just my personal opinion of course): If you like choils: - Sage LW (3mm stock instead of overbuilt 3.7 (Para 3), grip is shaped so that one can get a good four finger grip also behind the choil (not so on the Para 3) - and if you prefer the comp...

Re: The Endela.

The Endela was the second knife i bought thinking i will absolutelly love it.The first one was the Yojimbo,by the way.Turns out i like the Endela, but i not LOVE it.I carry it,used it,and turned back to my beloved Delica. For your cutting needs,i think a wharnie Delica will be better.PE or SE.

Re: Smile, It's a Delica

I always go back to Delica. It's the (almost)perfect edc knife. For me a full cutting edge like on the Polestar it will make it absolutely perfect.Otherwise,i love everything on it:the clip, the lock, the tip,and most of all the fact it has no 50/50 choil.

Re: The next Endela?

A Dark Grey Cruwear Endela would be great. Also would love a Foliage Green Saber Ground Combo Edge. And a Toxic Green FFG LC200N Endela Salt. And maybe an Emerson Endela and Endela Wharnie to round out the line... :D Endela Wharnie would be cool. For some reason I don´t like whanie-style on longer ...
