Re: Drunken now or never?

Anyone here have a Drunken?

I have had a pull the trigger put the safety back on reaction to this knife for years due to the price, which in the last 6 or 7 years has only gone up. To be expected for what I think it may be.

Is what I see online near or at Chris Reeve quality?

If you have the ...

I confirm. Back in stock. Wharnie is oos, but standard pm2 is still in stock. Maybe they drop it in batches to give people a chance? Anyways, I believe I scored. Although I don't believe it till I get the tracking number.

I just got on the notification list. ;) :bug-red-white

The catch with that is, when it drops and if it's highly sought after and a limited run...it will sell out before you get your email. In the past we've seen some exclusives/sprints sell out in literally a minute. I don't think the game ...

Re: St Nicks Knives - CPM REX76 Blue Jean Micarta Shaman

I like seen no more REX76 releases as I don’t have the steel and it’s more chances to get some.

Not really sure we'll see anymore rex 76 although I remain optimistic. Last year I was surprised when GP Knives dropped the pm2 with satin and coated blade. I mean, apart from the mule in rex 76, I ...

Was so overwhelmed by getting my hands on the Hundred Pacer that I almost forgot about another grail that I got this year.

That's easy. I just made a thread about it. 2025 would be remembered by me by finally getting my hands on the ultimate grail for me - Spyderco Hundred Pacer.

Re: My grail Spyderco

I've been looking for one for a reasonable price for a loooong time!
Congratulations!

I feel you. This one set me back a little over 600$, including shipping and local customs of about 28‰. But I had to buy it because with the time passing is getting even more difficult to stumble upon one for ...

My grail Spyderco

Hello all. Just wanted to share with all the lovely people in the forum that I finally found my Spyderco grail knife - the one and only Hundred Pacer. In my opinion a very underestimated knife. Yes it has a bit of untraditional profile and it's a bit wide but then again, I'm a big boy with wide ...

Re: St Nicks Knives - CPM REX76 Blue Jean Micarta Shaman

St. Nicks refuses to send it out to Bulgaria...

I noticed that they stopped shipping to Australia too. It must be a recent change, because I used to buy a few times from them in the past.

Don't mean to be disrespectful, but it's their loss. Collectors would find a way to obtain any of ...

Re: St Nicks Knives - CPM REX76 Blue Jean Micarta Shaman

Really want to get my hands on one, but unfortunately I won't be able to. St. Nicks refuses to send it out to Bulgaria with my brother in law. Where the majority of my collection is. And they won't allow me to use forwarding services. I've emailed them and got a response of some sort that it's ...

Re: Manix 2 XL - 15v

I'd buy a Manix 2xl in 15v in a heartbeat. Probably even 2. With my big paws this is one of my favourite folders ever. I know that Eric mentioned that all golden models would get the 15V treatment, but if I'm not mistaken that was before Crucible went under. And it all depends on how much 15v they ...

Thanks I was wondering if I needed to stock up!
If you can - do it. I have 2. User and a backup. It is seriously underrated piece. If it was compression lock or a backlock it would have been perfect.

Mule team scales with magnets

Well the title says it all. Was playing around today with my mules and I figured out if I should try to use magnets instead of the standard fixings - barrel and screws. The original fixings works as they should. The problem is on my side. As someone living in Europe is hard to find the proper screws ...

Re: Is Maxamet from Taiwan "better" than from USA?

There would be no more knives produced from Rex 121. Already been confirmed by multiple sources - Sal, NSM, Dr. Larrin. Crucible went down and Erasteel bought the IP. Moreso it turns out there's not one foundry with capabilities to produce Rex121 and 15V. Sal mentioned there might be material left ...

Re: Reveal 19 - Live!

Is it a typo that the reveal says that the Mantra 4 is a font flipper?

I don't believe so. Looking at the pictures I do believe it's a front flipper. Design reminds me of Astute. Very pleasing and easy to the eye. Hopefully the ergo will be the same as the Astute. Design looks promising and I'm ...

Re: China

It's a difficult topic from business perspective. Putting aside politics, I don't believe there's any other country that can mach them in terms of large scale manufacturing capability and lower cost. Many American brands are having their budget lines, and not only budget, made in China. Microtech ...
