The liner on the left side toward the blade if you are looking at it from the back/locking mechanism side has a crack in the steel. If I can take a pic of it I will.

I have a few leathermans and a SAK but I would like to be 100% spyderco when it comes to my edged tools I carry into the woods. I know it would be a long shot for them to make one but I can always dream! lol

(2013 UKPK Discontinued ) Death or Rebirth?

I have noticed quite a few folks concerned over the possible death or rebirth of the UKPK. I personally will hate to see the knife go if that is the case. My UKPK Maroon drop point plain edge is by far my most carried knife! As others have probably read in the discontinued list thread it is rumored ...

I really hope Spyderco keeps the UKPK line alive. I have 4 spydercos and quite a few other well made knives locking and non locking but I find myself carrying my UKPK most of all. Spyderco Scout/ Camp knife ?

I was wondering why spyderco has not made what I call a camp knife? A knife like the old case scout knives. A knife that has a plain edge blade, saw blade and can/ bottle cap opener and some sort of screw/ bit driver? I think a FRN clipit design with the blades I listed above would be very cool. It ...
