So every feature requested by the OP was obliged with flying colors by spyderco except the blade's steel. Which is one of the most important features regarding it's designed use of cutting boxes which means edge retention.
Why was this ignored? VG10 is hardly the steel of choice for this.

If I'm being evacuated to a detention center: Yojimbo 2 (it's basically the ultimate prison shank).
Anything else: Starmate CPM440 (the original not the later cheap knockoff). The most complete folder Spyderco ever made.

I always liked the Chinese folders but never the scales (color aluminum, CF etc). the shape of the folder is so elegant and beautiful and in my opinion the scales never rose up to the folder itslef.
