Re: Lil' LionSpy
If they had them in, they sold out very quickly as none are in stock as of this post. Howe's was the first place I looked, struck out. National came in second at 235.99. Currently have 3 left.SpyderNut wrote: It looks like Howe's has them now too. I think they were asking around $232 if I recall correctly.

Re: Lil' LionSpy
Someone let me know if you see the Lil Lionspy in stock at a dealer. National Knives just got them in and currently has the best price I've seen. Just ordered one. I have the LionSteel SR2 ... so know this will be an absolutely fantastic EDC piece ... heavy duty, yet easy to carry. Just hope the lo...

Realize not everyone would, or even should. In my case, the answer is yes. Boils down to what value one places in certain things. I happen to love smaller gent's folders and appreciate them as many people appreciate artwork. While not all appeal to me, those that do find their way to my small collec...

If you have to ask yourself whether or not you can afford a Sebenza (or anything, for that matter, that you want ... but don't absolutely need), the answer is probably no. Whether or not a Sebenza is worth the price ... that is as debatable as asking whether anything is worth a particular price. Tha...

If you have 40 Inclusive and it is sharp I'd just use it and sharpen at that angle. Reprofile later if you feel it is needed Ditto. I didn't measure mine on my goniometer, but the factory edge was much more obtuse than 40 degrees inclusive. Only reason I reprofiled it was because the edge bevel was...

Have one (and three SR-1s). Love the all. Biggest difference (aside from the Spydie hole, scales, and blade steel) is the fact that the lock-bar on the Lionspy is thicker than on the SR series. You will need to exert more thumb pressure to disengage the lock. I did a write up some time ago here . St...

Interesting poll .... because my daughter thinks I'm crazy, as I always EDC 4. Ladybug hawkbill on my key ring, serrated Cricket or a Squeak in my jeans watch pocket, right pocket varies with anything from a Perrin PPT to a Sebenza to a custom, and there is always a slender Alan Davis gent's Wharncl...

I have 3 SR1s and a LionSpy ..... all fantastic knives. If you like the blade shape and overall size/weight .... can't go wrong with either in my opinion. Aside from the obvious ..... the only other subtle difference between the SR1 and the LionSpy is that the LionSpy's lock bar is just a little thi...

KC does not ask for a deposit on pre-orders. As of my last order with them, they did not charge sales tax on out-of-state sales. That, however, could change as more and more states want their piece of the Internet sales pie. Overall, have had zero problems ordering from them. However, on pre-orders,...

Also, you don't need to spend a ton of money on a light box. You can just make one very inexpensively out of an appropriately sized box and something to diffuse the light (I used an old iMac box and some high quality Vellum). Add lighting as needed and also use some mirrors to direct the lighting. T...

Since I have the time ... I apply vigilance and persistence when spotting fakes like this .... and they are out there in great numbers. Okay ..... I've been pondering this for a few days now. I guess my ignorance is shining through, so somebody help me understand.
