Quick Question, does this process take off the "bug" that is etched on the blade?

Yes it's gonna remove some of the logo, it's not completely gone on mine but it's really faded , it doesnt remove stamped stuff like seki city though.
I think its worth it if your blade has been used a lot and you ...

Great pictures! They make me want to give stone washing a try. How hard is that to do?

I have my Chokwe apart and waiting for some G-10.
I am thinking about stone washing the blade while I am waiting.
What median did you use to get the stone wash?
I have not looked into this yet.

i've just stonewashed my Delica 4ffg because the blade was all scratched up ... it looks awesome, cleaned the handle too with a toothbrush and dish soap, work great in 2 minutes!
here are some pics of the new beauty, btw i LOVE the grey clip , works great with the orange and blade, the knife looks ...

Thanks guys ! i'm stonewashing my Delica and it's pocket clip right now to give them a new youth and test the stonewash , i'll post some pics later !

very cool closeups in the tree ! works great on the stainless one with all the colors reflecting ! i like the night one too, nice contrast and mood ( knives are a bit less visible though :P ) thanks for sharing these :)

I like the first one better, more contrast is cool and we can see the boxes :)

My two cents, the g10 feels like a tank and has great fit and finish, more "gentlemanish", if you look for an edc user, i'd go for the standard frn or their ZDP-189 one, no fear to torture it :p

I bought around 11 spyderco's for my family this year, mainly endura's , delica's dragonfly's and ladybugs, all great knives at a great price ! actually i think the total was around 500 box for all of that... pretty amazing for 11 great knives !
