Prayers sent, kabayan!

Started the day with my delica 4 at work, then switched to my PM2 after work.

I love my Izula so much that I bought one for each of my boys. One is two and other is seven months old. Of course it will be a while till they get them. My work EDC is an Izula with a delica 4. The delica is perfect for fine work and the Izula for everything else.

Esee makes great fixed blades ...

Other than my edc (para2, yo2 or GB paired with a delica4) I have a Becker BK2 in the truck and an ESEE 4 in my get home bag.

My first spyderco was an endura, I lost it on a mountain bike trail years ago. My latest is a yojimbo 2, I think it is beautifully designed knife and I am amazed at how it fits my hand like a custom piece. I am constantly surprised at how often I take out my delica 4 which is my work edc.

She has her shoes, I have my knives, as long as the bills are paid at the end of the month, we are good... Every once in a while she gets a pink knife and that seems to keep her happy.

I hear you about the coatings. If you are interested, stop by the Esee forums, there are a number of guys who have stripped and put a patina on their ESEEs.

Massapequa huh? My sister in law lives there. They got it pretty bad on the south shore from Sandy. Hope her family did ok.

1095 is easy to sharpen and holds a great edge. They are built tough as nails and carry an unconditional warranty.

I EDC an izula (with a delica 4) at work, a Laser Strike is my camp knife and an Esee 4 is in my GHB (get home bag).

Outside of work it is either a PM2, Yo2, or GB ...
