I flatten my chosera edge pro stones on the 120 diamond plate that comes with the set, I would reccomend you lap them before use for about 10 seconds and you should be good!

That is the leafstorm and it has a lock (frame lock).

The only problem you might have is, sometimes the factory bevel isn't exactly 30 inclusive, so you might be hitting the shoulder and have to do a LOT of work to finally hit the edge. Or, you might be hitting the edge and eventually need to reprofile it back down to a lower back bevel, which you won...

yes it should, angle wise, but FFG blades usually have a difficult time in clamp systems since there is no real flat part for the clamp to hold on to and it might not be really at 40 degrees inclusive for the same reason.

Ahhhhh... If not going by steel(since I have no experience w/20CP) then I would go with the 20cp one just because if you are going to dye the handle it will be easier and also I see none on the 'bay so it might be harder to find if you wanted it back.... anyway, this I am saying this based on the t...
