Welcome! It gets addictive fast and expensive even faster. I've acquired 10 in the past couple of months and even picked up a couple of Busses. I'll undoubtedly end up with more Spydies since they're constantly offering new and different steels, unlike Busse.

060V Marking
Just curious what this marking on the blade indicates. Noticed it on my Cento 4. It's right next to the insignia. None of my other knives have it.

I looked at Halpern and Cuscadi. As much as I like the Cuscadi (wood & cf scales), they're 60 euros (90 USD) per set not including int'l shipping. Plus, Halpern is in MA, so shipping should be fast.

Awsome, I did the same thing. Para2, Tenacious SE, and a spin within 2 weeks. Btw where did you get your spin?
Amazon of all places. Also picked up my Sage 1 from Amazon. The rest were obtained from BF, Spyderco, online retailers, and the local Woodcraft. So, including my Para2 Sprint, that makes ...

Crazy, Spyderco-filled Week
Kinda went crazy on the spydies this week. Woulda been crazier if I could have found the other two mules I was looking for. But then again, kind of glad that I didn't. . .
Now the proud owner of a Spin, Cento 4, Mule 10, Mule 11, and Woodcraft :D

Mule Team 10 Unusual Marks
I just picked up a used MT10 BD1. I noticed the holes have odd drill markings where it looks like the bit went in. Would this make it a second? Is this normal or considered unusual?

Yes, it's bad at not setting off metal detectors! I tried to take one into a federal building and was told that I could either surrender it (and not get it back) or leave the property and stash it. There was no option to leave it with security and retrieve it upon exiting. But then, none of that is ...

Which one for leather cutting?
So I've been getting into leather crafting and for the cost of a good head or round knife, I'm tempted to just buy another Spydie, but which blade type and material would be best for the job?

Well, after many years, I finally decided to buy a Spydie. 2 actually: Sage 1 & Para 2 (CTS20CP). I was seriously contemplating a Para 2 CF with S90V, but I thought 2 knives was better than 1. Anyway, I'm anxious for my new EDCs. I plan on EDCing these with a suit and tie. I think the Sage is better ...
