I have a couple of small shiny marks on my Sage2 from my tungsten wedding ring rubbing on the edges of the handles.

I keep putting other knives in my pocket but eventually always go back to my Para2!

Congrats! I think all the years should be steels, ie. 1st=AUS8, 2nd=154CM, 3rd=VG10, 4th=S30V, etc, etc

Probably because the Para is made in the States so they have more say over the scheduling and from what I've heard the Japanese would probably be bent out of shape using non-Japanese steels

Yup, great knife, I have the DLC version and I've been tossing around buying a satin blade one. When there is slicing to do I'm always happy if my PM2 is in my pocket.
