Slowly as in less force than opening it non flick speed, i.e. no inertia. The concern is it is just a little sticky to engage. It hangs up a bit at the last bit of travel before it should snap into final lock. You have to look to see it is engaged. Correcting it if it is NOT in place takes no more ...

Not the detent ball. I am not a knife novice and know what to look for in that regard. At no point is the detent ball involved with what I am concerned about. The ball has traveled off the blade by the time the hang up occurs.It is the very last part of the blade deployment.It looks and feels locked ...

Sprint Question

I like Spyderco sprint runs and have a few. Is there a place to find out the numbers produced of each run?I does not say on the Spyderco site for this model. I have a Brown Millie in CTS-XHP and have used it well. I can't seem to find how many of this run where made.
