I have an all stainless Rookie that I used to carry IWB, but have noticed that on hot days, when you're sweating, this can create small spots on the steel. Actually, the leaning of the liner lock doesn't necessarily pose a problem. In shoddily built blades this CAN (but does not necessarily) show as a sign of lock defeation.
