I think I'll have to agree with Ryan on this one. Though I haven't heard much about miltec, Ballistol is the way to go. Try to stear clear of WD-40. It was not meant for this kind of metal, this kind of tool.

I have to adree with Spyderholic. Most anyone you lend a quality piece of cutlery to is going to mutilate themselves. Just look at the situation and use your own judgement, your own tool. No one knows it better than you. In short, NO, I would not lend out my Spyder.

My EDC consists of a 50/50 Renegade in the right pocket rotated with the occasional Starmate and a 50/50 Bugged out Vesusius in the left. Both are beautiful blades. I also carry a stainless handle rookie fully serrated as backup(for them real heavy boxes, y'know)
