I'm still in high school. I am a volunteer firefighter though. No other job to speak of.

I'm not quite sure how it works, but doesn't it "activate" the spring upon impact? So, if you're trying to "smite" a window, I assume you just hit it, and then the spring-load mechanism activates and shatters the remnants.



You don't really have to hit the window for it to activate the center ...

I've only lent out a spydie once. That was a couple of days ago when my cheif needed it to try and cut someone out of a car. So I guess that yes, I would lend out a spydie in an emergency or to someone I trusted.
