Re: Victorinox New Range

Locking is nice but not very important to me, i mainly use tools like the scissor on my SAK, always carry a knife. The liner being on the wrong side (unless you are a lefty) is also not very useful. I rather spend a chunk more for a MKM Malaga and get M390 or even Magnacut these days. Proper tools ...

Re: RHK - Ramonade Making folding knives

Thanks @Paul Ardbeg & @Bolster !

It's almost finished, need to work on the symmetry of the contouring a bit bit other than that, shaping is done. I always make a handbrush satin but the gnarly belt satin is fun too !

What do you guys think ? I could also try to anodised the titanium but I like ...

Re: Sources for screws, washers?

I'm planning on getting some Skiff bearings for my Southard, but will also need to replace the washers. Skiff couldn't recommend where to get them so I'm on the hunt. Do y'all have anything bookmarked where you've ordered washers this small before?

Screws are getting easier since companies are ...

Re: RHK - Ramonade Making folding knives

Late night update. Most of the shaping is done, it is a question of polishing now, and seeing if I wanna use a brush finish or try anodizing the bolsters and liners.

Then, choosing how to create linerlock and spydiehole clearance. This is very nice for my first kinda small knife !

Really nice Jeroen! I spend a few days during the summer in Luxembourg before moving down to France. Even a more tiny country we live in, but they have some really nice stretches of nature there πŸ‘Œ

Late announcement ! The famous Pink Flamingo tribute to Number One has been stored for the Winter . It was a solemn day with wailing , pulling of hair and gnashing teeth ! I left a sock hanging from a tree limb for those who needed comfort . Number 2

I think we should all hang a solo sock ...

Sorry for being super boring, but this is all I had to test my new Sage on πŸ˜‚πŸ₯³ Being a fan of the Native 5, I always took a pass on the Sage, too similar to the Native 5 i thought. It's crazy how different they handle and I really like the thinner blade on the Sage 6.

Re: Sage 6 first impressions

Received the Sage 6 sprint run today and very pleased with the fit and finish, as to be expected from Taichung. The edge is even on both sides and ends nice and close to the ricasso. Super slicey and sharp blade. Beautiful scales and the action is good, however needs some breaking in.
