Re: Browsing through the product guide: The two middle ground models that are still missing imo

The Native 5 literally is a “midsized” Native. Yup. In the category of edc pocket folders , the native 5 definitely isn’t small or large, it’s a mid size folder. Guys, not trying to be offensive, but maybe consider this…. The size of a knife is not some scientifically objective standard that can be...

Re: Manix Talk - Full sized VS Mini

I literally just bought an old school “mini manix” on BF. It’s also called the “manix 80mm” and its a backlock. It’s slightly smaller than the manix 2 but it’s what the manix 2 was evolved from It was “Manix 83mm” and to my point, it has never been named “Mini Manix.” I hear what your saying. I jus...

I’m confused. Aren’t the knives being compared here a regular size Manix 2 Lightweight and a Manix 2 XL? Yes, you are correct. This thread is very confusing. Re: Endela All stainless steel

I have the deep carry clip for my endela from 5x5. Theirsteel backspacer assembly has a protruding part that the clip screws to. The clip is not long enough to hit the flat logo and shreds my pants. It’s for this reason I was thinking of just using a reg clip and grinding down the protrusion a bit a...

Re: Native Chief Lightweight!!!

Just got mine today. I am wowed by how solid/rigid this FRN knife is and how great the fit and finish is. I’ve always liked FRN and have had many models in it, but I think this is the highest level FRN product Spyderco has produced. Also love how weightless it is in my sweatpants

Re: The Golden Liner Lock

I really like Spyderco liner locks too, more than all other locks save the mid back lock. I have a military, Pattada, rock lobster and would like to snatch an Opus. I would love to see another Golden made liner lock. They are fun and easy to manipulate, reliable and allows for sleek and uninterrupte...

Any news on a possible release date ? I'm heavily hesitating between a second GB1 and this GB2. I think the GB2 would even cost more to import.

From the practical point of view - could't one use a dremel with a cutting disc and make a grove in the lanyard tube - thus solving the issue without removing the tube?
That’s a great idea! Imma do that

Re: C95 Manix Sprint

I have been seeing the interest for the C95 as of late, and although I haven’t been seeking one, one came up on BF for sale and I bought it! It’s a CE and original factory edge for 150. Seemed reasonable enough so I pulled the trigger, excited to see how it feels. I am one of the guys that has 3.5” ...
