Re: Are We Witnessing The Death Knell of K390 In Production Folders?
The Wharncliffe Paramilitary 2 is Spyderco’s best “in house” one, in my opinion. (...) https://i.postimg.cc/BnyDfytq/FC01-AB8-B-86-A3-4957-A56-B-8-FC43-EA73-BA2.jpg I assume the knife at the bottom of this picture is the Wharncliffe Paramilitary 2 ? Edit : This is a C209GS ClipiTool Rescue. If yes,...

In this case why even allow URLs in the first place ? Either let members use enough links, or forbid them altogether.

Hi,
I need to update my signature but I can't because the number of URL allowed is too small.
Can you increase the count to at least 4 ?
Thanks

Re: Are We Witnessing The Death Knell of K390 In Production Folders?
As for wharncliffe blades not being popular & discontinued, I can’t help but wonder if they had this spine shape- would it be more appealing to more customers/potential customers? https://forum.spyderco.com/download/file.php?id=55781&t=1 (...) I think this looks MUCH cooler. It also takes u...

Crazy good deals - Europe edition
This thread is dedicated to the good deals on Spyderco knives, which you might come across whilst browsing the websites of reputable resellers based in Europe (specifically : within the European Union Customs Union). The deals may not be good as the one which can be found abroad, especially in the U...

Re: 2024 Official Discontinued List
Last week Lamnia had an anniversary 14% discount on everything. I got myself RJ. I wanted PE, but SE was also available. With the discount is was 89 Euro, which is ok, considering I got a free shipping. I'm not sure if Lamnia saw the writing on the wall through poor sales or if it was just pure coi...

IIRC the Manix 2 is a rather big knife, so this aspect wouldn't help reach the widest possible adoption.

Re: Forum Knife???
Long ago, forums were thriving. When the numbers adds up, it allows you to do special things. I think we’re well under that cutoff at this point. Now, most of the traffic goes through Reddit. If OP wants more inputs, he may post on Reddit knife subforums (including the non-official Spyderco one) :t...

Re: Spyderco x Lamnia exclusive - poll
Well I don't have any issue using knives here in France yes. I'm just telling that our laws are blurry on purpose. They won't annoy the grandpa with his trusted Opinel, or the guy going for a hike in the forest with a bushcraft knife :winking-tongue I meant, as far as I'm aware it's perfectly legal...

Re: Spyderco x Lamnia exclusive - poll
You can carry anything you want on private grounds, on which there are plenty of things to do.
So I mostly disagree with the legal concerns that have been aired in this thread.

IIRC some knives even have ball bearings instead of washers. Must be flickers/fiddlers paradise.

Dark blue on the outside, white on the inside, maybe ?
Should be possible if G-10 scales are on the menu.

Re: Are We Witnessing The Death Knell of K390 In Production Folders?
I was reprofiling my serrated edge, the removed sharpie above the edge bevel is not the issue but if you look closely I hadn’t made it to the apex yet. I imagine it is harder with K390 rather than LC200N, however I don't think reprofiling serrated edges is that common amongst SE knives buyers. So t...
