Re: Gerber Mark 2

Recently asked Fiskars/Gerber about my Mark I, they said it was made 1975-1979 and made out of 440C stainless steel. It rust like carbon steel, not sure about that review.

Re: C-60 Ayoob Campaign: No I Won't Shut Up

Repeat posting of my C-60. Buying it for the out of the box look and design. I can see it can be used in any grip style.

The Kingfisher short suburito. A regular suburito is 2X bigger. Used for strength training.

Re: P'Kal vs. Yojimbo vs. Chinook

Been reading books by Maija Soderholm. I don't study her styles but see martial wisdom in her thinking.

Re: P'Kal vs. Yojimbo vs. Chinook

It would piss me off if I were to the point to have to draw a weapon on them.

ID stainless steel Police

I have an stainless steel Police model, tip down clip. It does not have the four position clip holes. Wondering when it was made. It does have VG-10 blade.

Re: A favorite style of mine

One of my first folders, a vintage Imperial Wildcat Skinner from the 70's. Large sturdy stainless steel blade and mahogany wood handle. Really alot of wood back in the old days. Hand filling size.

Third party waved

Trying out a third party wave add on. Each knife has it own fit. Mostly ok. Better than zip ties.

Re: Baking Soda

I just learned that baking soda will help super glue cure quicker and be used to build up broken parts. Check Youtube for methods.

Wharncliffe Endura

I would like to see a Wharncliffe Endura. Something economical and practical with more steel in that blade shape
