I thought that custom engraved knives were non - returnable??

My guess is, that it was engraved incorrectly, by a BHQ Staffer, and never left the building. :D

Look at all that REX45! For the win! :D I almost fell out of my chair, when I got to the Burnt Orange page! Then I rubbed my eyes quick, looked again, and it was all still there! :p Oh my goodness Sal, Eric, and all of the Spyderco crew. You have absolutely outdone yourselves, yet again. It would b...

What is our 'collective' best guess, as to when these will land at KC?

Feb. 1st? or . . . .

Re: HRC Database

I'd be super curious to know what the PD#1 Mules hrc would come in at. I wonder how close to the cpm-cruwear mule it would be ;) I keep a list Larry, of all of the testing I have done, on my knives. Here are a few excerpts > PD#1 Mule - 63 HRC Cruwear Mule - 62 HRC Cruwear PM 2 - 62 HRC Cruwear Par...

There was one more. Wifey gave her consent officially. It's going to be 33/32 in the end - if it arrives in time. I hope it does... :)

I am wishing you God's speed on shipping, archangel, with your new knife steel addition! :D

Re: HRC Database

At what HRC does a knife edge easily scratch glass? 63+? 64? I remember Shawn said it once in a video, but I can't find it. It is quite a trick, to test HRC that way. Since Glass also varies in hardness, and is tested with a different Scale (Mohs). Now if a person knew just exactly how hard their p...

Now that the two Brown/M390 Manix 2's have finally dropped. I think I'm done. :D Unless, I get surprised, and the Rosewood Shaman manages to sneak out before years end, and/or the upcoming Manix 2 LW CPM-S90V DLC Orange FRCP pops up. :spyder: My wishes for 2020? Re: Pocket Clip Sizing/Compatibility Info

I would like us to also work on getting the "1 screw wire clip" list. Broken into a deep-carry, vs non deep-carry. Also split into lengths, would be nice. :) Examples. The Manix 2 LW is 1 screw wire, but not deep. In order to switch that to a deep-carry wire. I 'believe' a Spyderco C160P Carpenter F...

Re: HRC Database

62+ HRC is some good M390! Yes, this really is unicorn territory, for M390. As far as production knives go. It needs to be in this range, or higher. To get the premium cutting performance we are looking to get, and were sold, by knife manufactures. Personally, I can hardly wait for this steel to co...

Wow that's about perfect for m390 seems like maybe oil quenched from 2050f then tempered at 300f is my guess. I'd love to see a relative cut test with these. Re: Spyderco playing cards

And like the PM 2 Tool mat.

I would love a Manix 2 Mat! :D

I think, that BHQ has these made themselves, and pays Spyderco a small licensing fee. BHQ does all of the work, and Spyderco says: "Ok", basically. Otherwise, they would be available in the SFO, and not BHQ Branded. :spyder:
