feels like highway robbery. brand new except no box, so can't compare date codes to my green sprint and first run CE. Factory edge aggressively shaves, G10 has a fresh texture, even had to swap the clip to the correct position since these shipped tip down.

I picked this one up a little over a month ago on impulse. It's a little big to EDC, but it's my favorite knife in the hand.

Thank you again, @sal! They are now here, and my goodness...

In a furious year of a new passion, I have accrued more than 20 Spydercos. These two, both your designs, are immediately my favorite.

The Chaparral Slipit oozes luxury. I love that I now have a "gentleman's" carry that I can actually, well, carry in Germany. To be honest, what with my lovely Urban and the more substantial Lil' Native Slipit, I was unsure to even go for this, but man, am I glad. Folded, it looks Urban sized, unfolded, more UKPK, and in hand, it feels like a million bucks. This is my immediate new favorite Slipit, standing tall among a slew of other favorites, and with it, the very best knife I can carry on my person over here.

The Watu, I cannot actually carry here, and I mourn that, because I sure won't ever hard use it on my property. IT will be my display (and fidget) queen. It's one of those knives that people will likely love or hate and I fell in love with it when I first saw it online. Now, in my hands? Even better. The size is perfect; I have very big hands and I was a bit worried, knowing was a downsized knife vs a first design (Chokwe). Not at all, it's a full grip. The blade ist beautiful. And the peel-ply CF? Best I've ever seen/felt, way beyond that of other companies'.

I had waited on these two as a special sort of purchase, wanting them to be awesome. That sort of hope often leads to disappointment. When the items then completely exceed the already very high expectations... well, I feel very giddy right now.

I have one of the SE MagnaMax Mule's on its way, I broke down and paid the 200 bucks, plus tax and shipping on this Mule on ebay.
