What is with all the name calling. This sounds like grade school sports talk. I am all about trash talk but that sauce is weak. ;)

I do get a little satisfaction knowing they get under your skin a little. Personally, I cannot give it back. Mahomes is ma-homie! :)
One of my neighbors actually got to meet Patrick Mahomes at a fundraiser last summer. He told me that Patrick is truly like talking to your likable next door neighbor. But if you hate certain NFL teams ( or the Chiefs in this instance) or certain players I can understand that. We all have our likes and dislikes. But that is truly giving a seemingly decent guy a bad rap that he doesn't deserve IMO. Patrick has already done a great deal for the community here in KC and from everything I'm told he's a decent guy too.

No none of this is getting under my skin per se>> I've just always been passionate about most everything I do and that's just me. I guess you could say that I'm the "Stephen A. Smith" of Spyderville :D :D And can you believe that him and Jerry Jones are friends in real life in spite of all his trash talk about the Cowboys :D
JD, it was joke. Kinda playing off the State Farm commercial. I guess that if I have to explain it then it wasn’t a very good one. I like Mahomes, what is not to like?

I was trying to jokingly ask you to bring it down a notch but that ain’t gonna happen. I’m out.
Hey I like those State Farm commercials. The one with Aaron Rogers and Patrick Mahomes is a really funny one. That guy making fun of Mahomes better be careful>> Patrick has a rifle of an arm  Hey I just heard that the Saints are giving Antonio Brown a tryout today

Now remember this is coming from the "Stephen A. Smith" of Spyderville  :D Thankfully we don't need any receivers at this time. But we sure could use a running back or maybe two of them. :o

Funny, I have a lot of friends that are Cowboys fans and it's weird to hear them say that they hope they lose this weekend or the Giants at least beat the Eagles. Everyone wants Garrett gone!! So weird, a shot at the playoffs but they'd rather just get the season over and start fresh with a new coach next year! Sounds like you're in the same boat!

Well I think that the Cowboys will win the division by "DEFAULT" :o I haven't had any confidence in Wentz since the beginning of the season. But anyway with all that aside I'll go ahead and list my picks for Week #17.
(1) Steelers over the Ravens ( my longshot of the week)
(2) Bills over the Jets ( The Bills have kind of been the surprise of the year for me)
(3)Browns over the Bengals ( But Freddy Kitchens just has to go along with Garrett)
(4) Cowboys over the Redskins ( If Jerry Jones doesn't fire Garrett I'll know for sure that there is blackmail invovled  )
(5) Chiefs over the Chargers ( The ARROWHEAD crowd and the Chiefs improving defense will be too much for the Bolts)
(6)Seahawk over the 49ers ( another upset pick>> however the 49ers might be unstoppable)
(7) Vikings over the Bears ( The Bears have got a lot to do to improve in the off season IMO)
(8) The Packers over the Lions ( I truly think the Packers might be a sleeper and surprise everyone with an NFC title
(9) The Broncos over the Raiders ( I'm beginning to think that Jon Gruden wasn't the right coach for this Raiders team :( )

There is so much on the line here in Week #17>> if 3 teams lose even the Raiders can still make the playoffs  Yeah I thought it was shocking when I heard it too. But I do think that the Buffalo Bills could be a surprise sleeper in the AFC>> however I'm really hyped up on the Chief's improving defense. But in no way do I count out the Ravens or the Evil Empire. But I do sure hope we see some new blood in the Superbowl this season.

In Wentz's defense...playing with NO healthy WR's, he's been putting up some pretty great numbers the past 4 games. I remember being shocked when they showed a graphic during the game with the Cowboys.

Oh I'm not saying Wentz a "BAD" QB but I do maintain that he hasn't met up to the expectations they had for him. In spite of the bad luck that Nick Foles had this season I still think he's a better QB overall. I do firmly believe that Wentz is highly overrated IMO.

Like I said if the Cowboys don't fire Garrett then I will know for sure that he has something deep and dark on Jerry Jones :D Right now I'm guessing that we'll see about 8 head coaches get canned at the end of the season. My biggest wish is that they would fire Garrett and replace him with Mike McCarthy. I believe that Mike McCarthy would surprise everyone if he had a running back like Zeke Elliott. He is a great coach and deserves a second chance IMO.

The KC Chiefs have a pretty awesome tight end too>> his name is Travis Kelce  And I think he qualifies for "warrior status as well

But I have seen this guy you're talking about and he is good as well. But if I had my pick I would take Travis Kelce

Hey Spydergirl what do you think of my idea?? That is my idea of the Cowboys giving Jason Garrett the ax and then hiring Mike McCarthy??? I think that McCarthy would be a near perfect fit for the Cowboy's organization>> and I'm just anxious to know what Cowboy fans would think of that possibility

Also I've been hearing rumors that the Cowboys are interested in hiring Sean Payton ( present coach of the Saints). But I think McCarthy would just be great especially having Zeke Elliott on the roster.

Yeah I really want to know what Cowboy's fans think of that idea?

Don't have a preference who the new head coach would be... Would honestly prefer a head coach with a defensive mind and an OC that appreciates the RPO. Also a secondary coach that coaches players to play the ball not the receiver... And a ST coach that doesn't have his team last in the league in every category. It's not just Jason Garrett that is bad it's almost the entire coaching staff. The offensive line coach, running backs coach, and quarterbacks coach can stay. Everyone else can GTFO

Oh I would agree with 90% of that for sure. And if they whack Jason Garrett I also want all the other coaches out the door too. I would want Mike McCarthy to bring in a completely new system from top to bottom. There is so much talent on that roster that it wouldn't take long to turn things around. Just like they did with the 49ers this past season. But Garrett never has been a good head coach from day one.

I've learned my lesson by watching Andy Reid's mistakes over the years. Andy and Dick Vermeil were both just alike. They both had a terrible of habit of standing by their old buddies even when they did a horrible job. Bob Sutton being a recent example. Steve Spagnuola is an 90% improvement over that dead weight Bob Sutton. Bob Sutton went to Atlanta and look what their season turned into :(

But no the Cowboys organization needs to be totally overhauled from top to bottom and with that I totally agree with you. But I do believe that Mike McCarthy learned a lot in his year off. Also McCarthy never ever had the luxury of having a franchise running back like Zeke Elliott and I believe that would give him a huge advantage along with a decent QB right off the bat IMO.

Hallelujah!!!!!! Holy Mackeral!!!! The Chiefs won and the Evil Empire got the shaft from the Dolfins>> who would have thunk it!!!! And Lord Brady & Co. got beat at their home stadium no less.

The Chiefs get the Bye and earned the Second Seed in the Playoffs. What a wonderful Week #17 so far!!!

They are going bunkers at ARROWHEAD!! It's party time here in KC for sure!!!! The ARROWHEAD Stadium crowd truly helped to win the game. On to the Post Season for the KC Chiefs!!!!! And we get at least one playoff game here at ARROWHEAD stadium>> the loudest stadium in the NFL!!!

Don't you worry SpyderGirl I wouldn't have missed this one for world  The Chief's defense still needs some work but they are still a lot better than they were at this time last year. Also we had two guys being heros that I wouldn't have thought>> Mecole Hardman and Damien Williams both took over the game. I can't wait for the playoffs to start. It's sure been an interesting day so far in Week #17

This is a tough one>> because I just watched the second half of the Titans vs Texans game and I was really impressed with the Titan's Running Back Derrick Henry. After seeing this game I'm kind of hoping that we face the Pats instead of the Titans. That team has me worried for sure. That Derrick Henry is about as good of a running back as I've seen in a long time. Also it seems like Mike Vrabel is a really smart head coach too.

Glad we will be playing at ARROWHEAD but the Chiefs are going to have their hands full no matter which of the two teams we play.

In the NFC I think it's an absolute disgrace that the Cowboys just threw their entire season in the trash can. If they don't fire Garrett in the next 24 hours I bet there might be riots among the Dallas fans. That season the Cowboys had with their great roster is nothing short of "inexcusable"
JASON GARRETT MUST GO!!! NOW!!!

I LOVE seeing Marshawn Lynch back in the NFL!! He just scored a touchdown and the crowd went bonkers!!! Could be a game changer for the remainder of the game. Seattle loves that man! Football definitely misses him.
